Follow the steps below to begin your onboarding process. If you have any questions, respond to this email or call the front office at 254-218-4220.

1. Tell us about you

Please fill out the onboarding form.

2. TREC invitation

When TREC is back up and running after their update, you’ll receive an email from TREC that says “You have a new sponsorship invitation.” Please log in to your TREC account to accept.

3. Schedule onboarding meeting

Please get with Lori at the front desk (254-218-4220) to schedule your onboarding time for Tuesday. We look forward to meeting with you.

4. Brokermint & Lofty

Your backend systems are being built out. Once your account is created, you’ll receive a series of email tasks via Brokermint for reading and signing onboarding documents. Lofty is your new CRM and personalized IDX website.

5. Marketing

Meet with our marketing executive, Morgan Broach. You’ll receive an email from Morgan to discuss your marketing needs and branding. For questions, reach out anytime.

6. Brokerage directory

Should you need to reach any of us during onboarding, the brokerage directory is available.
