What does it cost to join EG?
A one-time $99 onboarding fee. After that you pay an 85/15 split up to a $10,000 annual cap and a $150 transaction fee on up to 18 transactions a year. There is no monthly brokerage fee.
Is our conversation confidential?
Yes. Talking with us doesn't notify your current brokerage or move your license. Nothing changes until you decide it should.
I'm brand-new. Is EG a good fit?
New agents get mentorship, broker training and the Business Planning Clinic. We would rather help you build good habits early than leave you guessing.
What happens when I hit the cap?
Once EG's 15% totals $10,000 in your plan year, you keep the full commission for the rest of that year. Transaction fees still apply on up to 18 closings.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Let's talk through your team's structure so the move is smooth for everyone.
Where do EG agents work?
We have offices in Waco and Temple, plus studio space for content. Many agents split time between the office and the field.
