Hi, I’m Charisse Morales, and I’m excited to serve as a mentor for new agents at EG Realty. I have always been fascinated with houses and properties and I bring a unique blend of experience to real estate which includes purchasing two homes of my own and selling one, years of working as a nurse, a communication degree and nearly 10 years as a successful business owner before receiving my real estate license. 

While my nursing experience helped shape my patience, communication skills, and strengthened my heart for helping others-my business background allows me to mentor agents not just on transactions, but on how to build a real estate business with strong systems, consistency, and long-term vision. I still currently co-own and operate a local bakery & deli with my husband which continues to sharpen my communication and interaction with people. One of my very favorite roles I have had in nursing was being a Certified Nurse Aide Instructor, where I found that I loved teaching. All of this experience puts me in a great position to support agents who are eager to learn. 

In my first year in real estate, I closed 8 transactions, and currently at the time of this writing, I have 1 under contract, 1 active listing, 2 in coming soon status, 5 pending listings, and a strong pipeline of buyers.

I entered real estate to create financial security for my family and to begin investing, but I stay because I love helping people and guiding them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. 

I’m in the office two to three days a week, approachable, and committed to being a true resource. I am always available by phone or text as well, and If I don’t know answer, I’ll find it. I am currently on a journey with my own accountability partner to create a rock solid foundation and business. Let’s be partners in your growth.
